THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN A FULL PLANNING PACKAGE OR À LA CARTE:

- Discussion and elaboration of an overall look
- Preparation of inspiration board and other visual material
- Setup of live table preview 
- Research, suggestion, contract negotiation with florist
- Research, suggestion, contract negotiation with rentals (tables, chairs, tableware, etc)
- Research, suggestion, contract negotiation with lighting, draping, stages, and dance floor supplier(s)
- Floor plans (ceremony, cocktails, reception)
- If needed, assistance with research and booking of: venue, invitations, place cards, seating chart, menus, table numbers, any other decor items such as but not limited to ceremony arch, bar, dj booth, etc
 

- Research, suggestion, contract negotiation with any and all of the following suppliers:

Officiant

Photo, video, photo booth

Caterer, staff, bar service

Limos, shuttles, transportation

Hotels for out of town guests

Band, DJ, musicians

Entertainment

Any necessary permits

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN A FULL PLANNING PACKAGE

OR WITH A MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF 30 HOURS:

- Logistical follow up with all the suppliers

- Creation of a timeline

- Full team on-site throughout the entire event to host guests, cue the events, manage emergencies,

and generally supervise the flawless execution of your wedding

Setup on day of event:

- Reception of all decor deliveries

- Delivery of any custom decor (flowers, suspensions, etc)

- Complete setup of the decor

- Decor reset throughout the day if applicable (room flip, etc)

Kindly note that we request a 500$ expense deposit upon signature. This deposit covers potential expenses on behalf of the client, such as various purchases that may be required for demos or for the wedding day. Invoices for any purchases are provided upon completion of the planning contract, and any unused portion is reimbursed to the client.

Travel expense for weddings located more than 75km outside of Montreal: 0.82$ per kilometre

​

Kindly note that we charge 500$ for any large delivery or pickup for the wedding.
